As the Director of SCLA, Henry is Chartered Landscape Architect with over twenty years of experience in both the landscape construction and Professional Landscape design industry. Henry is a visionary leader who has been responsible for overseeing the establishment of the studio since its formation in 2022 and his passion and commitment to the Landscape Industry as a whole, have seen him receive international recognition for his work.

Karla is a highly experienced Landscape Architect with over seventeen years experience in the Middle East. Karla is a gifted Landscape Architect with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects of significance in the region. Karla is the definition of an all-rounder and has the perfect balance of design and management skills required to lead a project from pre-concept design through to IFC.

Daniel is an innovative and design focused Landscape Architect with a philosophy anchored around generating groundbreaking and out the box design solutions for our Clients. Dan is responsible for challenging our design teams to be the most creative they can be and push the envelope on all projects. His passion for creativity has been one of the main reasons behind our significant growth since we formed in 2022.

Having joined SCLA in the early days back in 2022 fresh from the Philippines, Ange has grown considerably and is now a key part of our design team. Ange was the lead designer on all three of our Rove Home projects which are re-shaping the residential market of Dubai with the innovative and unique introduction of the Rove brand into the residential sector.

Having completed her Masters in Landscape Architecture after obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Malavika has gained experience of working in both Architectural and Landscape studio environments. Malavika has a unique awareness in harnessing and exploring the unique relationship which exists between the built and natural forms and utilises her design skills to explore ways in which the connection between landscape and building can be optimised.

Ola is a highly experienced Landscape Architect who has practiced in both Jordan and Dubai and has a passion for creating meaningful designs which connect people with their surrounding environments. Ola has bene fortunate enough to work on a series of projects which are located in unique settings and has been able to draw inspiration from this and celebrate it through form and materiality in her designs.

“I enjoy Landscape Architecture the same way I enjoy painting; a blank canvas with boundless tools, ready to be filled with nature, ideas, and vibrant color. For me, it’s more than just designing spaces; it’s about creating living art that evolves over time.”

Bhagya has a key role in SCLA and is responsible for overseeing all bidding and marketing activities within the studio. Bhagya’s responsibilities include coordinating with and supporting SCLA clients in the preparation of landscape bids and associated marketing activities.

“As a bids coordinator, I love Landscape Architecture because it’s allowing me to utilise my love of business to prepare bids for exciting projects that will turn ordinary spaces into extraordinary remarkable places.”

With a background in Landscape Construction and then a change of direction into Landscape BIM, Deepak has an un-rivalled technical design ability when it comes to developing BIM details. Deepak’s experience working as a Landscape Contractor in Dubai allowed him to gain an encyclopaedic knowledge of construction techniques which are invaluable when it comes to turning our conceptual visions into reality.

Jeff is the overall BIM lead at SCLA and is responsible for running our BIM team and implementing our overall BIM strategies. Jeff is a highly experienced Landscape BIM Professional with over five years professional experience in Dubai and has delivered complex BIM schemes through to IFC level including Water Parks, Hotels and Multi-Tower Residential schemes.

Christina is a Senior Landscape Architect with seven years of international experience working in both London and the Middle East. Having worked previously in a leading hospitality company, Christina has a wealth of experience designing projects for the leading Hotel Operators on a global scale. Christina has worked on hotel projects ranging from inner city hotels through to expansive five star beach resorts.

Varsha is one of our newest recruits and was a recent graduate from Amity University in Dubai. Varsha is a highly creative Landscape Architect with a unique ability to produce world class graphics and visual design material which support our Concept Submissions. One of Varsha’s key roles is to utilise and explore the various ways we can utilise the use of Technology in our design work including Ai.

Mabel started her SCLA Journey as one of our first recruits in our Hyderabad Studio and then relocated to our DXB Studio in 2024. Mabel occupies a central role on SCLA’s key projects and has a unique ability to interrogate the project brief and implement bespoke landscape solutions which are true to the Project DNA. Mabel had a leading design role on the Jayasom Wellness Resort and worked very closely with Jayasom to develop the Spa Landscape Concept.

Jane is a Landscape BIM Modeler with over five years of professional experience in the Architectural BIM industry. Jane has a key role in the BIM delivery of SCLA’s high profile projects in KSA and as part of her responsibilities, Jane is leading the coordination and modelling process with some of the worlds best Architects.

Azeem is a talented BIM professional who was the first member of our landscape BIM team who has been responsible for implementing our BIM standards and systems to date. Azeem has a key role in the BIM coordination on our most high profile projects and is an expert at ensuring our landscape designs seamlessly transition from the Concept stage into a BIM environment.

Namagirilekshmi is a talented designer who allows her love and appreciation of nature to influence and guide her design work on a daily basis. Since Joining the Studio, Lekshmi has gained experience collaborating with some of the world’s leading International Architects on significant Mixed-Use and Residential Projects throughout the Middle-East. Lekshmi’s own design values are closely aligned with those of the Studio which have allowed her to establish herself as a key player and rising star within our team.

Having previously worked in a construction environment, Bestin brings a wealth of experience of working in BIM at complex levels of detail. Bestin’s specialist skills are resolving technical design problems under high pressure circumstances. Bestin has an eye for detail and is meticulous when it comes to developing Construction details and utilising the best construction techniques to achieve our visions.

As one of the creative linchpins of SCLA, Jerrick has a central role within our Concept design team and is the driving force behind many of our Concept Designs. Jerrick’s main passion is art and this has naturally had a major influence in how he has developed as a Landscape Architect in SCLA.

Madhoo was the first person to join SCLA back in 2022 and has a key role in running our Hyderabad Studio. Madhoo’s specialist skill is visualizing our concepts into presentable material which allows our Clients to understand the way we think. Madhoo is able to approach a specific project brief and guide the design team into how the Concept should be developed and what graphical styles suit the project.

Rafi is a Senior Landscape Architect and Urban Planner at SCLA and has had a key role as part of the Studio’s growth and expansion. Rafi has professional experience of working as both a Landscape Architect and Urban Planner, this Urban Planning experience has enabled Rafi to develop a strategic approach to his design work and as part of his design process, the wider context always has a key influence on how the design is developed.

With over four years of professional experience, Sanika is a delivery focused Landscape Architect who has been responsible for overseeing large scale mixed-use, residential and commercial projects throughout the Middle East. Sanika’s key skills are ensuring and maintaining design continuity between the SCLA design and BIM teams as well as the wider project Consultant team.

Shawn joined the team in Q2 2025 and was a key strategic hire for the Studio as we continue to develop our Digital Delivery and Design capabilities. Shawn has extensive experience across the Construction sector having occupied roles within both Consultant and Contractor led organisations. Shawn oversees all BIM related delivery within the Studio and acts as an integral bridge between the Design and BIM teams to ensure a seamless transition and development of designs as Projects progress through the design lifecycle. In addition to BIM, Shawn has a leading role in the use of AI and other Tech related initiatives in the Studio as we continue to evolve and respond to market trends.

Ratna joined our team in 2025 and occupies the extremely important role within the Studio of keeping our Document Control systems in check and ensuring things run smoothly during critical Project deliveries. Ratna works across all projects within both the Design and Construction Supervision stages and is the key communication link between us and our Consultant and Client Partners. Ratna obtained her Masters in Business Administration in 2014 and has since worked for several International Multi-Disciplinary Organisations whereby her dedication and thorough approach to Document Management have seen her achieve considerable success.

Gino is a talented Landscape BIM Architect who has extensive experience of delivering BIM packages for a range of high profile and complex landscape projects. Gino’s key skills lie in BIM modelling whereby he is able to develop designs from the Concept stage and translate the design into a BIM environment.

Yasmeen is a dedicated Landscape Architect with a strong focus on integrating sustainable practices into creative landscape design. With a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a diverse portfolio showcasing both academic projects and professional experience, Yasmeen brings a dynamic perspective enriched by a blend of technical proficiency and innovative problem-solving skills.

Syed is based in our Hyderabad studio and has a key role in the overall BIM process whereby he is currently leading the BIM activities on several projects in SCLA. Syed’s key skills lie around topographical modelling whereby he is able to utilise the latest plug-ins to enable us to efficiently translate our creative landforms into the BIM environment.

Having worked extensively in the landscape BIM industry, Lotfi’s main skills lie in creating bespoke BIM solutions for SCLA as part of our overall BIM strategy. Lotfi has a unique ability do create custom scripts to optimise the BIM modelling process and create efficiencies in our overall workflow.

Kanad is based in our Hyderabad Studio and is a key part of our Conceptual Design team thanks to his unique design led approach and exceptional visualisation capabilities. Kanad Graduated from SPA in Delhi in 2025 with a Masters in Landscape Architecture and joined SCLA immediately after. Since arriving, Kanad has had a fundamental role in significant projects throughout the GCC including a Luxury Ritz Carlton Branded Residences in Dubai and two Iconic Shooting Club Projects located in Riyadh and Jeddah, KSA.

Jenish is an experienced Mid-Level Landscape Architect who adopts a central role in our Design team during all Design stages. Jenish has extensive experience on complex Landscape schemes ranging from largescale resorts through to inner city mixed-use schemes. Jenish’s key skill is overseeing the transition from Concept Design through to Schematic Design and managing the BIM Coordination between SCLA and the wider Consultant team

Abigail joined our team in the Summer of 2025 and is a key part of our Design production and graphics team. Abigail adopts a key role alongside the Design team during Concept Submissions and utilises her wealth of software skills and her eye for creativity to create world class graphics and visualisations to support our Designs.

Karthick was a key strategic hire for the Studio as it allowed us to provide an integral part of our Landscape design service “in-house” rather than outsourcing. Karthick is an experienced Irrigation Engineer with a wealth of Design and Site experience on a range of Landscape Projects including Hotels, Residential and Mixed-Use Schemes. Karthick delivers all Irrigation Design in BIM and collaborates very closely with our Design teams to ensure efficient and cost effective Irrigation systems are Designed.

Mahua has more then ten years professional experience delivering BIM across both Architectural and Landscape Design sectors. Prior to her Consulting roles, Mahua gained key experience working for one of the leading Landscape Contractors in Dubai which has led to developing a very strong ability to deliver world class Construction Detailing and resolving Technical Design issues on complex Projects.

Akhil is a new addition to SCLA’s BIM team who joined in Q2 2025 bringing more than five years of Landscape BIM Modelling experience. Akhil works on a wide range of Landscape Projects which require intricate and complex BIM modelling and collaborates closely with our Conceptual Design teams to allow a smooth transition from Concept into the latter Design stages.

Naushad is based in our Hyderabad Studio and is an experienced BIM Professional with an eye for detail and precision. A key part of our BIM workflow is closely coordinating with other Consultants to ensure a smooth BIM workflow and a successful resolution of the Landscape Design features. Naushad has been responsible for delivering complex BIM packages on largescale Projects including QPAC and DGDA Exhibition Center.
