Creation DESCRIPTION.
Set within a dramatic mountainous enclave along the coastline of Muscat, Oman, the Four Seasons Branded Residences Project brings together contemporary luxury living and the natural beauty of its waterfront setting. With a private marina and expansive ocean views, the development offers a distinctive residential environment where Architecture, Landscape and the surrounding coastal terrain are seamlessly integrated.
The arrival experience is conceived as an immersive Landscape courtyard, where naturalistic planting creates a welcoming transition from the built environment into a lush, carefully composed setting. Organic planting arrangements and thoughtfully integrated circulation establish a sense of discovery, softening the architectural forms and setting the tone for the residential experience.
At the waterfront edge of the Project, an activated public realm connects the development to its private marina through a Landscaped promenade and dedicated F&B along the water facing edge of the building. Designed to encourage social interaction and leisurely movement along the coast, these spaces create a vibrant interface between the residences, marina and surrounding seascape.
The podium Landscape forms the heart of the residential amenity offering, providing an elevated retreat that maximises uninterrupted ocean views. A resort-inspired beach-entry swimming pool with an infinity edge creates a seamless visual connection with the sea, while a dedicated yoga lawn offers a tranquil setting for relaxation and wellbeing. A children's zone incorporating a splash pad introduces a playful, family-oriented dimension to the Landscape.
Through the integration of naturalistic planting, fluid geometry and carefully considered amenity spaces, the Landscape establishes a sophisticated coastal environment that reflects the Four Seasons brand.
