Creation DESCRIPTION.

Situated on a prime beachfront location on the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, Ellington Beach House is a luxury residential development that embraces the principles of resort-style living. The Landscape design plays a central role in shaping the resident experience, creating a seamless connection between the development’s contemporary architecture, premium amenities and the surrounding Arabian Gulf.

Comprising two mirrored towers, the project brings together a collection of shared ground-level amenities designed to encourage relaxation, recreation and social interaction. The Landscape establishes a cohesive environment between the buildings, using lush planting, carefully considered circulation and thoughtfully positioned outdoor spaces to create a sense of privacy and exclusivity within this prestigious beachfront setting.

The infinity-edge swimming pool forms a focal point, creating a visual connection with the coastal setting, while an adjoining jacuzzi offers a more intimate space for relaxation. Complementing these aquatic amenities, a padel tennis court introduces an active recreational element, balancing wellness and leisure within the wider Landscape composition.

Dedicated barbecue and outdoor dining areas provide opportunities for residents to gather and entertain, while a pool bar enhances the resort atmosphere and supports a relaxed, sociable environment throughout the day. Each amenity is carefully integrated into the Landscape to establish a series of interconnected experiences, allowing residents to transition effortlessly between active recreation, social gathering and quieter moments of retreat.
