Rove Home Dubai Marina.
Creation DESCRIPTION.
Rove Home Dubai Marina represents the fourth Rove Home development designed by SCLA, continuing the Studio’s collaboration with the brand through a Landscape approach that reflects Rove’s contemporary identity, lifestyle-led philosophy and emphasis on community. Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, the project brings together a distinctive urban setting and a collection of thoughtfully designed outdoor environments that enhance the residential experience.
Spanning more than 4,000m² of Landscape spread across the ground floor, podium and roof terrace, the Landscape design implements a connected series of spaces that balance relaxation, recreation, social interaction and wellbeing. The concept draws inspiration from the surrounding coastal and marine environment, translating these contextual influences into a contemporary Landscape language that complements the Architecture while establishing a clear sense of place.
The podium forms the heart of the Landscape experience, accommodating the principal amenity spaces and providing residents with an elevated retreat from the energy of the Marina. A carefully considered arrangement of communal gardens, outdoor co-working areas and breakout food and beverage spaces encourages residents to work, connect and socialise within a relaxed outdoor setting. These spaces reflect Rove’s distinctive approach to contemporary living, where shared environments are designed to support both productivity and everyday community life through unique Project inspired amenities.
Lifestyle and wellness amenities further enrich the podium experience, incorporating aquatic recreational and fitness activities alongside a contemporary leisure pool. These facilities provide opportunities for exercise, relaxation and informal gathering, creating a resort-inspired atmosphere within an urban residential environment. The Landscape arrangement balances active and passive uses, ensuring that residents can move seamlessly between social spaces, recreational facilities and quieter areas of retreat.
Across all three Landscape levels, a minimalist palette of hardscape materials and carefully selected softscape elements reinforces the project's clean, contemporary character. Planting, materiality and spatial composition work together to create an understated yet distinctive environment that responds to its coastal context without overwhelming the architecture.
Through its integration of context, lifestyle and community, Rove Home Dubai Marina delivers a contemporary residential Landscape that extends the Rove experience beyond the building, creating versatile outdoor spaces designed around the way people live, work and connect.
