Creation DESCRIPTION.

Located along the iconic Jeddah Corniche, this contemporary mixed-use development brings together five-star hospitality, branded residences, commercial offices and vibrant retail destinations within a distinctive coastal setting overlooking the Red Sea. The Landscape design establishes a cohesive public realm that connects these diverse uses, creating an inviting environment for residents, visitors and the wider community.

Inspired by the Narwas bird and the distinctive form and structure of its wings, the Landscape concept translates the elegance, fluidity and natural geometry of flight into a contemporary Architectural Landscape. Sweeping curves, organic forms and flowing spatial arrangements define the public realm and podium spaces, creating a sense of movement while establishing a strong visual identity for the development. This concept provides a unifying design language that complements the Architecture and responds to the site's prominent coastal location.

At ground level, the Landscape forms an expansive public plaza that integrates building entrances, pedestrian circulation and access to the surrounding retail and food and beverage destinations. Carefully composed hardscape patterns, structured planting and strategically positioned palm trees create a welcoming arrival experience, balancing the movement of pedestrians with opportunities for informal gathering and social interaction. The retail and F&B plaza further activates the public realm, encouraging activity throughout the day and into the evening.

Elevated above the ground plane, the podium Landscape transforms into a resort-inspired amenity destination. A series of swimming pools, family-friendly play areas, landscaped gardens, outdoor lounges and dedicated dining terraces provide a diverse range of recreational and social experiences. The arrangement of these spaces responds to the development's Architectural forms while maximising opportunities to enjoy the expansive views across the Red Sea. A contemporary material palette, layered tropical planting and carefully integrated shade elements create a refined Landscape character suited to Jeddah's coastal climate.
